If you wish to report information about fraud, waste, or abuse of company resources, you can contact our AUDIT HOTLINE in one of three ways:

Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
If you prefer talking to an auditor, please call during these times. After office hours, you may leave information on an answering machine via local 219. If you do not want your identity known, do not leave your name, address, or telephone number, but do call between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday so we can get all the information we need to fully examine your complaint.

When mailing or e-mailing us, provide as many details as possible about the situation. Give all names, dates, times, locations, vehicle numbers, document numbers, and so forth. Tell us how you came to know this information, if this situation has happened before, and the names of any other witnesses that we might be able to contact. The more information you give us, the more thorough our examination will be. If you desire, you can remain anonymous and your identity will be held in the strictest confidence.
